All Voice Communications is a Nationwide, Family Owned and Operated Business since 1929. Founded as Telanserphone, it is one of the Nation's oldest continually operating message centers specializing in physician answering services and healthcare answering services. The organization has evolved over the years to become one of the Nation’s Premier Emergency Message and Medical Call Centers.

Our CEO, Richard Press, is a second generation telecommunications expert. After completing his MBA at University of Miami in 1981 Press joined his Father and took over management of All Voice. Press went on to work as a telecommunications consultant and even testified before Congress on behalf of ATSI the National Answering Service organization, relating to the Telecommunications Act of 1985. He has served on the board of the local New York Answering Service Association, ATAS and is serving his second term as a member of the Board of Education in Tenafly New Jersey, his home town.

Our VP of Human Resources, Anne Press joined the firm in 2000 after a successful career in Public Relations. Ms. Press holds a BA from Kenyon College in Ohio.

Our Director of Operations, James Brennan joined All Voice in 2003 after working for Harriet Campbell Inc. one of the Nations leading Medical call centers for 15 years.

Our shift managers collectively have over 50 years of industry experience assuring you an experienced manager 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
